A Sheraton since early 2008, this North Dallas classic boasts rooms that "look brand-new" with "updated work stations" and "modern features such as a flat-screen TVs" (though their spaciousness comes "at the expense of smaller baths"); the staff is "professional and polite", the restaurant and room service are "good" and fans say the "convenient location by the Galleria Mall and the highway" lets them stay "close to shopping with no fear of getting lost."

Attractive rooms, elevator stops limited to floor on which room is located for security.
Rooms overlooking highway or close to elevator can be noisy.
Well maintained and updated hotel. Location is tricky to access and hotel faces a busy highway. Ask for at least 2 rooms, away from the elevator for maximum quiet.
